NOTICE: Our goal at Goodlife Products, LLC, is to make your purchasing experience easy, efficient, timely and equitable, so that you can enjoy the Good Life with your RodMaster. As such, effective October 22, 2011, the following constitutes our Terms of Purchase Policy for products purchased on this Site,, or by phone, and is designed to ensure your satisfaction and understanding of the intended purchasing process.

We reserve the exclusive right to change this Terms of Purchase Policy, without prior notice and to post subsequent changes to this Terms of Purchase Policy on this Web page. Therefore, your continued use of this Site, following changes to this policy, will be construed as, and constitutes your, acceptance of any such changes. We encourage you to check this Web page often.

TERMS OF PURCHASE: Orders that you place at or by phone, you are personally liable for. Presently, we accept the following methods of payment: Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club), Debit Cards with the Visa or MasterCard logos, and Electronic Checks. We do not accept cash, COD or multiple-pay orders at this time. Additionally, Goodlife Produces, LLC, is neither responsible nor liable for fees that you may incur as a result of your purchase, including any overdraft fees or other bank charges. Please retain a record of your purchase for future reference.

We also ask that you notify us promptly if the personal information necessary to fulfill your order changes after your order is placed. Such information may include your billing or shipping address or telephone number. It is highly recommended that you double-check all information, such as names, addresses or payment information prior to finalizing your order.

Also, please note that if we are unable to collect payment for your order after you have received your shipment, and you make no effort to contact us, your account may be sent to collections.

Goodlife Products, LLC, reserves the exclusive right to store the personal information you provide us in our database for the purposes of transacting business with you and/or for internal business purposes. If you place an order at, you must provide us with a valid email address that we will use to send order and shipping confirmations. These emailed communications will reflect the items ordered and the total amount you will be charged, including Minnesota sales tax. In the event that Minnesota sales tax charges are not included in these communications, you are still liable for any such amounts.

TERMS OF SALE:  Presently, Goodlife Products, LLC, is headquartered in the state of Minnesota, and is only setup to ship orders within the United States.

WARRANTY: The RodMaster Rod Management System and the RodMaster Cover is warranted against defects in workmanship or materials, when properly assembled and used under normal conditions, for one year.

RETURNS: Goodlife Products, LLC, guarantees your satisfaction each time you purchase our product. To this end, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee to all our customers. You may return your merchandise for a full refund of the product cost within 30 days of the date of delivery, if you are not satisfied with your RodMaster purchase.

This guarantee is only applicable for orders placed directly through and/or fulfilled by Goodlife Products, LLC. Be advised of the following return information:

Your returned item must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. For your convenience, you may obtain this number by submitting your request online to, or call 1-651-433-1010. Your RMA is valid for up to three weeks after issuance. Failure to obtain an RMA negates the above-mentioned Return Policy.

Your returned item must be sent back in it’s original box and packaging and placed inside an outer box. The outer box must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Your return will be shipped at your expense. Goodlife Products, LLC is not responsible for damages resulting from the packaging or return shipment sent by the customer.

The value of the product cost for return items that were purchased as gifts will be refunded to the purchaser, pursuant to our Refund Policy.

Returned items are processed in the order they are received. Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing.

REFUNDS: Goodlife Products, LLC, is happy to refund the product cost, excluding shipping, handling or other surcharges, to you in accordance with our Return Policy.

For purchases made with debit cards, electronic or personal checks, or money orders, please be advised of the following:

All refunds are tendered in U.S. Dollars and will be submitted to the original credit card on file. In the event that the original credit card on file is expired or otherwise unable to process a credit, one of our representatives will contact you.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery of your refund check or the issuance of a credit for credit card purchases, once your refund is processed.

You may also choose to return your order in exchange for another item. By making this election, your account will be credited the total product cost, excluding any shipping, handling or other surcharges of your original order. This credit may be applied toward the purchase of new products; however, you will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges associated with this second order.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE: If you believe or discover that your merchandise is defective or otherwise incorrect, you must contact us within 30 days after delivery, in order to be eligible for a complimentary, no-cost replacement for the RodMaster Rod Management System or the RodMaster Cover. A replacement will be sent to you after the defective product has been sent back, received by Goodlife Products and verified as defective.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TERMS: Your delivery will be shipped from one of our warehouses or fulfillment centers located in the United States. While we strive to process your order as quickly as possible, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery even though your order may be delivered sooner. If you have not received your order after 6 weeks, please contact our customer service department online at Additionally, if you refuse delivery of your order without prior authorization from Goodlife Products, LLC, fees for return shipments or re-stocking may be deducted from the value of any subsequent refund.

Goodlife Products, LLC, will use any shipping method deemed necessary for the successful delivery of a customer’s merchandise. Generally, Goodlife Products, LLC, prefers to use FedEx Ground (FedEx) and the United States Postal Service (USPS) as the method of shipment. Please note that neither of these shippers require a customer be present or provide a signature at the time of package delivery. Therefore, be aware that the likelihood of your merchandise being left on your doorstep is great. Both shipping and handling fees will be applied to all orders. These costs are non-negotiable flat-rate fees that cover the cost of postage, packaging and handling of your merchandise. If you choose an expedited method for shipping your order at an additional cost, your order must still be processed through fulfillment. The delivery times for expedited shipment services start at the time your package is shipped not the date that your order is received by Goodlife Products, LLC.
