Shipping and Delivery
Your delivery will be shipped from one of our warehouses or fulfillment centers located in the United States. We strive to process your order as quickly as possible; if the products are in stock, we will ship within 2-4 days. If the items are not in stock, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery even though your order may be delivered sooner. If you have not received your order after 6 weeks, please contact our customer service department online at firstname.lastname@example.org. Additionally, if you refuse delivery of your order without prior authorization from Goodlife Products, LLC, fees for return shipments or re-stocking may be deducted from the value of any subsequent refund.
Goodlife Products, LLC, will use any shipping method deemed necessary for the successful delivery of a customer’s merchandise. Generally, Goodlife Products, LLC, prefers to use FedEx Ground (FedEx) and the United States Postal Service (USPS) as the method of shipment. Please note that neither of these shippers require a customer be present or provide a signature at the time of package delivery. Therefore, be aware that the likelihood of your merchandise being left on your doorstep is great. Both shipping and handling fees will be applied to all orders. These costs are non-negotiable flat-rate fees that cover the cost of postage, packaging and handling of your merchandise. If you choose an expedited method for shipping your order at an additional cost, your order must still be processed through fulfillment. The delivery times for expedited shipment services start at the time your package is shipped not the date that your order is received by Goodlife Products, LLC.
